IF YOU CANNOT TURN THE LOCK NUTS 180 DEGREES, YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THE SCREW IS SCREW TO THE PANELS ONLY 75%. THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO LOCK THE SCREW IN.
